Wasabi Santoku Knife

Three uses, one sharp blade.

The Santoku's name refers to its three uses in the kitchen: slicing, chopping, and dicing. Fittingly made in Japan, and fit for general use, this example sports a double-bevel blade with 16° edges on either side for buttery smooth cuts every time.

  • 6.5" double-bevel blade, 16°
  • High-carbon stainless-steel blade, polypropylene handle
  • Made in Japan
