8" Japanese Damascus Utility Knife

Serious steel.

From a company that's been smithing quality steel in Japan since 1849 comes a daily-use chef's knife forged from three layers of steel. The handles are made from laminated wood, carved into a geometric hexagon pattern — while the unique hammer-forged patterns on the blade nod to Kanetsugu's traditional bladesmithing techniques.

  • Blade (L) 8", Total (L) 13.75"
  • Three-layer steel with VG-2 core
  • Hammer-forged blade patterns
