Space Kit

Make a Mars rover, an ISS model, or whatever else your imagination can think up.

When you were a kid, being an inventor was right up there with astronaut and firefighter. The latter two might not have worked out to be sound career choices, but littleBits is helping adults and kids alike get in on their inventor dreams with this smart home kit. It's a collection of electronic building blocks that'll make you the head scientists of some pretty amazing projects.

The NASA-designed kit includes 12 modules that are designed to help educators and budding scientists alike explore the outer reaches of space. Five lesson plans written by actual NASA scientists as well as 10 STEAM (science, technology, engineering, art, and mathematics) activities help you tackle projects like creating a satellite dish, a device to wirelessly transmit music, a nifty little energy meter, or mini versions of actual interstellar tech.
