M'steel Paella Pan

An authentic experience.

The secret to paella is in the presentation. Otherwise it's just rice and seafood stirred together. This pan is designed specifically for preparing and presenting one of Spain's signature dishes, and is made with a high-density black carbon steel that withstands high temperatures and allows longer pre-heating. The two-handle construction makes serving a snap, and the recognizable shape will have whoever you're serving sitting patiently in eager anticipation.

  • 14" dia.
  • Black carbon steel
  • Made in France
  • Hand-wash with hot water immediately after use, towel dry
  • Prior to first use, clean the pan with hot water to remove protective beeswax coating
  • To season, cover bottom of pan with flavorless oil and heat for five minutes, then let pan cool, drain oil, and wipe down. Do this twice, and the pan will acquire natural non-stick properties.
