Mazama knows a thing or two about making things the good old-fashioned way. Forged in partnership with a master knife designer, this one's the bread knife of their collection, crafted with a razor-sharp, serrated cutting edge sandwiched between two flexible, stainless steel layers. It's built using a full-tang construction and a gorgeous sandalwood handle with polished brass rivets. The saw-like edge can make quick work of hard-crusted loaves, juicy tomatoes, and thick slabs of chocolate.
