This is to barbecue sauce as single malt is to Scotch. Miller & Son BBQ Brewing Co. makes small-batch BBQ sauces that push boundaries in terms of all-natural flavors and ingredients. They’re all made in relatively tiny 20-gallon batches, brewed at a slow simmer for four to six hours. The factory's high elevation allows for a longer cook time, bringing out fuller flavors in the sauce.
Most recently, Miller & Son BBQ Brewing Co. teamed up with Black Velvet Coffee of Mammoth Lakes, CA to create a totally unique flavor. Miller took Black Velvet's organic, single-origin coffee beans, cold-brewed them for over 24 hours, and used them to create an entirely new BBQ sauce from scratch. The sauce was then brewed for over four hours, bringing out the rich, striking flavor of the beans.
