Opinel started crafting their No. 8 folding pocketknife in 1890. Now their all-female team of artisan woodworkers has put a new twist on the French-made classic, designing a handle that combines tough, rich walnut with lustrous black ebony. On the business end of the knife, there’s a folding blade forged from Sandvik 12C27 stainless steel.
