Pasta Topia

Go to your happy place.

One of our favorite works of historical nonfiction to date, this hardcover tells the story of the lost city of Pastatopia. Kidding, it's just a really nice pasta cookbook, written by esteemed food writer, chef, and stylist Deborah Kaloper. It's conveniently organized into chapters by pasta shape (long pasta, short pasta, flat and ribbon-cut pasta, and so on), and contains over 60 awesome recipes along with gorgeous illustrations by Alice Oehr.
