A light-bodied, refreshing wheat beer

Weiss beer, or “wheat beer,” is among a host of truly classic beer styles enjoyed for centuries. Now, the light-bodied, lightly hoppy character of a wheat beer can be yours to enjoy from home. Pinter recommends brewing this ale for at least 4 days, then conditioning it for at least 3 days for the best possible flavor.
