It means observing the old world techniques of cacao production while using the aid of modern technology when appropriate. It also means hand making and wrapping each bar, ensuring it's ready for your to rip open.

And when you rip into an Ecuador Fruit bar, you won't be disappointed. The first in its series, the bar is made from beans from the Camino Verde plantation by Vicente Norero and fermented to achieve its broad flavor. One bite will change the way you think about candy.
