Yield Design Glass Pour Over
Eliminate all the extra parts with this pour-over coffee maker. Simply place the glass cone on top of your mug, add a standard-sized filter and beans, and pour hot water. Parlor Coffee, Guatemala Pulcal
These coffee beans come from Hacienda Carmona, which has been in owner Maria Zelaya's family since 1910. The coffee is processed at the washing station on-site, which is referred to as Pulcal. The beans, which take their name from the washing station, are the farm's highest quality, and harvest later in the season from top altitudes. This batch has a deep sweetness, with a caramel apple accent that comes from baking spice and tropical fruit acidity.
