Pre-Rolled Cones – Blue

Some of the most unique papers we've come across, these pre-rolled cones stand out in a bright blue hue. There's six of them in the pack, all made from rice paper with built-in filters, and each can hold up to a gram. Fill one up, pack it down with a pencil (like a musket) and twist the top for a no-fuss doink that brings some color to the party.
