English Breakfast Black Tea

Most important meal.

Traditionally, a breakfast tea is a blend of black teas made to withstand a hearty morning meal. This Mengku broad leaf black tea is no different. Fully oxidized, it has a high caffeine content that won't just be absorbed into your bacon and eggs. A kick-start to whatever the week has in store, it has a rich and deep flavor, and is an ideal alternative to coffee.

  • 2 oz bag of loose tea
  • Brew 2 tbsp for 3 min
  • High caffeine content
  • From the Yunnan Province, China
  • Notes of molasses, black cherry, and pipe tobacco
