Dinosaur Bone Lockback Knife – Damascus Steel

Thirty-three layers of pressed steel and one seriously unique handle.

There are knives, and then there are knives. This is clearly the latter.

The handle of this beauty is made of Eastern birch wood on one side, and — get this — actual dinosaur bone on the other. Yeah, that’s right. Dinosaur. The rare and totally unique bone gemstone is the product of mud and sand coating ancient dino bones, petrifying it and enlightening the marrow locked in the cell's cavities. How’s that for history?

Oh, and the blade features a Japanese "Sanmai" Damascus blade, a dramatically strong and sharp steel that holds an edge especially well, and looks damn cool to boot. It's made in Japan with 33 high-carbon layers that are pressed between metal plates with precise fittings to create an especially beautiful, specialized raindrop pattern.

  • 3" Damascus Steel blade
  • Dinosaur bone handle
  • Because of the specialized materials used, each knife is unique, so yours may be subtly different from the one pictured
