This is a water pipe with a little more thought put into it. Like the silicone footer—it's there to protect the glass from accidental slams, but it also helps indicate the water line. And speaking of accidents, Session was kind enough to include an extra grommet and two downstems for the inevitable. But don't worry, the whole thing's made of 3 to 4mm borosilicate glass, meaning it can take a beating without showing so much as a crack.
