Straight and narrow, the blade is ideal for more precise tasks like cutting thin slices of delicate-skinned veggies like tomatoes, and the high-carbon stainless-steel blade is reinforced with 34 layers of Damascus cladding to enhance stain resistance and help food release from the blade.
