  • 16 oz. bottle
  • One bottle brines 15 lbs. of meat
  • Gluten-fee
  • Naturally fat-free and gluten-free and contain no added flavors, colors, or preservatives
  • 5x Concentrate: Mix 5 parts water with 1 part brine.
  • For injecting brisket or butt, dilute the brine 6:1 (six parts water to one part brine)
