Black Flag was central in the creation of hardcore punk, and a necessary first step in the path West Coast punk continues to blaze to this day. Loved and hated, often by the same people, the group is notoriously notorious, and reliably atonal. This technicolor graphic pays tribute, featuring a show at Cuckoo's Nest in 1981.
