Joy Division at Electric Ballroom – 1979

Love won't tear us apart.

Joy Division is the secret password to get into half the bars in Brooklyn. Joy Division is a bad pun by a middle school math teacher. Joy Division is the question, the answer, the hit single and the triple-double. Formed in 1976 Manchester, the band's post-punk sound continues to influence today. This technicolor graphic pays tribute, featuring a show at Electric Ballroom 1979.
