Talking Heads at CBGB & OMFUG – 1975
Burning down the house.
David Byrne is infallible, and his band Talking Heads has a long track record of doing little to no wrong. The group's new wave sound combines punk, rock, pop, and world music with an avant-garde twist, all dressed up in anxious, clean-cut aesthetics. A 2002 inductee into the Rock and Roll hall of Fame, they have been breaking boundaries since 1975. This technicolor graphic pays tribute, featuring a show at CBGB & OMFUG in 1975.
