Truffle Oil
Tastes expensive.
The NYC-based condiment artisans at Truffleist present some very nice olive oil, infused with black summer truffles from northern Italy. The oil base itself is a traditional variety from Greece, with a bold, yet nuanced flavor and aroma. The Italian truffles bring rich, earthy, and distinctly truffle notes - and together, they make an awesome blend to drizzle onto popcorn or fries, mac & cheese or risotto, and pretty much anything else we'd put olive oil on (read: everything).
