Falernum is made by combining lime peels with freshly milled spices like nutmeg, clove, and allspice, and then saturating it all in fine cane sugar. Later, ginger juice is added, creating a rich syrup compatible with anything from tiki drinks to Fall spiced cocktails. The powerful flavor is perfect for experimenting and creating your own exciting drinks among a larger rotation of the classics in your repertoire.
