The cooler months are upon us and it’s time for a hot toddy. This cocktail syrup gives you the perfect balance of fresh ginger, lemon, cinnamon and cane sugar to craft a classic winter warmer. Just add 1/2 ounce of the syrup to 1.5 ounces of spirit (whiskey, rum or brandy will work) and 2.5 ounces of hot water. Briefly stir, garnish with fresh lemon, and enjoy.
