Story

There’s incense beyond cones or sticks. In the Himalayas of Nepal, the Newar people wrap strips of cedar in lokta paper and twist the result into short ropes of incense. They burn them — and you can burn them too — by lying them flat on a bed of sand or ashes, or by using a rope incense burner.
