Bespoke Post does wine now?
We decided it was high time to offer up the good stuff, crafted by excellent vintners, at a very nice price.
What do I get in a shipment?
Each Wine Provisions shipment includes four handpicked bottles of wine. Really into reds? Choose the all-red option and you're in business. Want to mix in some whites? Yep, we can do that, too. We'll even work in some rosés for anyone signed up for anything but all-red.
Can I adjust how often I get wine?
Sure can — you've got the option to receive wine every 1, 2, or 3 months.
How do I skip?
Skipping shipments is straightforward: head to the Provisions Subscriptions link on your Account page. You'll find the skip button in the Delivery Schedule section. You've got till the middle of the month to skip that month's shipment.
Is this a part of my Club Shipment?
No — wine is part of a new subscription series called Provisions, which operates independently of your Box subscription.
Wine Shipping & Returns
Where do you ship Wine Provisions to?
Wine Provisions ship — via UPS or FedEx — to the following states exclusively: AZ, CA, CO, CT, GA, HI, IA, ID, IL, IN, KS, LA, MA, MD, MO, MT, NC, ND, NE, NH, NJ, NM, NV, NY, OH, OR, PA, SC, SD, TN, TX, VA, VT, WA, WI, and WV. We don't currently ship Wine Provisions to Canada or military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO).
How much does shipping cost?
For you? $0. It's included in the $59 price tag.
Can you leave my shipment on the doorstep if I'm not home?
No, someone 21 years of age or older must be present to sign for the wine. We encourage you to choose a delivery address accordingly. Your office, for instance, might be a good move if you're not home much during the week.
If the carrier isn't able to deliver your package, it will be returned to Bespoke Post and you will be charged a $10 restocking fee.
When does my Wine Provisions order ship?
Orders ship between the 15th and 20th of each month.
You should expect your package to take 5-10 business days to arrive from the date it is shipped. We can't guarantee delivery dates, generally, because delivery has to do with our carrier's schedule and practices, not ours.
What about your return policy?
While we do accept returns of unopened wine shipments, the process works differently than it does under our usual return policy:
- We don't currently provide payment for or the arrangement of return shipping.
- We charge a $10 restocking fee for all returns, including ones resulting from there not being someone 21 or older present to sign for the package.
- We do not offer exchanges.
If you'd like to return a wine shipment, let us know at email@example.com. You'll be instructed to send your unopened wine order to We Ship Express, 118 Aker Drive, Cobleskill, NY 12043 to receive a refund. Please include the order number and your shipping address with the package so the return can be identified with your account. When we receive your wine, we will refund your card $49 — $59 minus a $10 restocking fee — and notify you via email.
What if my shipment arrived broken or damaged?

What if I just don't like one of the bottles in my shipment?
Everyone's tastes are different, and we want to make sure you only receive the wines that you like. If for any reason you receive a wine that doesn't meet your expectations, just let us know and we'll promptly replace it or credit you for it. To receive your replacement or credit, please contact email@example.com.
