How do gift cards work for recipients?
It's simple: Recipients can go to bespokepost.com/redeem
to enter their code, create an account, then pick out what they want.
Can gift subscribers skip a box?
Yep. It works just like a normal subscription – they'll get a preview of their assigned box and can skip it,
customize it, or swap into a new box.
Once a gift recipient's credit are used up, does the subscription automatically continue?
No. Unless they want it to, in which case they can enter their credit card info to their profile to keep the ball rolling.
Does the gift recipient have to enter a credit card?
Nah – that would be tacky. The only time we’ll ask for a credit card is if they want to purchase more
than the value of the gift you give them.
When will my gift card expire?
Are gift cards only for boxes?
Nope. A gift card can be redeemed for store credit to purchase anything you want on the site.
Can I return a gift card?
Gift cards are non-refundable. If you’d like to return a purchase made with a gift card, the funds will be credited back to your account.
How does the digital gift card work?
It's a digital version of a regular gift card. We’ll immediately send a digital PDF to you after you check out, which you can either print and give your recipient, or forward it via email.
Can I ship a gift card directly to the recipient?
Yep. Fill in the shipping address field with your recipient’s address during checkout, and we’ll send the gift card there. If you are purchasing multiple items that need to be sent to different addresses, you’ll need to place those orders separately.
Can I buy gift cards for Canada, Alaska or Hawaii?
Yes, however, note that shipping is included for boxes shipped within the contiguous US. There are extra shipping and taxes ($10-30 per box, depending on the destination) to ship elsewhere. So, a 3 box gift card ($135) wouldn't be valid for 3 boxes, but instead for $135, for Canada, Alaska, or Hawaii.
