Gift cards are non-refundable. If you’d like to return a purchase made with a gift card, the funds will be credited back to your account.

It's a digital version of a regular gift card. We’ll immediately send a digital PDF to you after you check out, which you can either print and give your recipient, or forward it via email.

Yep. Fill in the shipping address field with your recipient’s address during checkout, and we’ll send the gift card there. If you are purchasing multiple items that need to be sent to different addresses, you’ll need to place those orders separately.

Yes, however, note that there are extra shipping and taxes for boxes shipped outside the contiguous US. So, a $120 gift card which is enough to cover 2 boxes plus shipping and taxes in the contiguous US may not be enough in Canada, Alaska, or Hawaii.
