Bloomscape guarantees that plants arrive in great shape. If there is any damage, they send a replacement. That said, we ask customers to receive packages quickly during temperatures below 45f or above 90f (don't leave them out in the elements). Our packaging has insulation to keep plants safe during shipping but cannot maintain safe temperatures if left outdoors for hours. If plants are damaged as the result of prolonged exposure to outdoor temperatures, we do not provide replacement. Bloomscape offers a 30-day guarantee on all plants. In order to take advantage of this, please register your plant after it has arrived.
