Milly Pepper was founded in Brooklyn by Michael Laniak and Roy Chan after a simple realization: pepper is the most used spice in any kitchen and almost no one treats it like it matters. Their single-origin peppercorns are sourced from a fourth-generation farm in the Andean foothills of Ecuador, hand-harvested to preserve the essential oils that pre-ground pepper loses the moment it's processed.
