Schmidt Brothers Cutlery was founded by a pair of actual bothers that have bonded over their love of butchery and the tools necessary to the craft. They have a passion for design, and improve upon classic German steel knives to create modern creations made with old-world traditions. In addition to blades, the company makes a variety of cooking accessories, from pans, to skewers, and more.
