This is how maple syrup is supposed to be. It's completely organic and straight from a sugarbush in the Catskills. Nothing added, nothing changed... except that it has a little kick to it. The syrup is gently infused with hot peppers for an unexpected, but much appreciated, punch of spice added to the sweet. These are perfect to add to savory chicken and waffles or just a drizzle on your morning pancakes.
