Made in South Carolina from American carbon steel and homegrown labor, the Cast-A-Way Carbon Grill Pan is built for the cook who wants direct flame without losing half the meal through the grates. The 10" carbon steel pan puts food — vegetables, seafood, smaller cuts — over open fire while keeping everything contained and in contact with heat. It arrives pre-seasoned and ready to cook.
