Sourced from Café Integral, a small-batch specialty coffee roaster in Brooklyn, Cheeky Cocktails took seasonal Nicaraguan coffee and balanced the beans with cane sugar and gum arabic (a mixologist-approved natural emulsifier) for the perfect sweetness and texture. Espresso martinis are notoriously difficult to make, but this syrup ensures you’ll get a proper crema each time you shake.
