In Vermont, there's a farm that covers 500 acres. You wont find any livestock, but you will find tens of thousands of sugar maples, slowly cranking out some of the finest sap you've ever tasted. Here's a bottle of the good stuff, crafted in small batches in a facility hidden among the maples themselves. The syrup is aged in hot packed bourbon barrels which helps to bring out the rich amber hue and full flavor.
