Colonial Era Cocktail Bitters

Flavors from all over the world.

This multi-cultural Colonial bitters is made in small batches with a blend of botanicals popular in the 18th century. Wild American Spicebush and Kinnikinick leaf serve as the base, and are then combined with Hungarian angelica seed, Pakistani red rose petals, Gabon sandalwood, French lavender, American bitter orange peel, and Egyptian chamomile. Last are the dashes of juniper, Mexican allspice, and Ceylon cinnamon. The result is unlike anything you've ever tasted, and the first thing you'll be reaching for when you make your next cocktail
