This locally sourced and small batch bison tallow is made from grass fed bison, never injected with hormones or antibiotics. Derived from the animal's natural fat, this limited edition cooking oil was used by early pioneers and indigenous cultures alike when cooking everything from meats, to eggs, to pemican but will make for delicious French fries, eggs, pan-seared meats, and more when you use it.
