Artisanal from start to finish. These rainbow trout are sourced from the first and only ASC-certified trout farm in America, then smoked over natural hardwood by a First Nation-owned cannery on the coast of British Colombia. It's a process that's sustainable and ethical at each step, resulting in premium trout that's great on toast or on its own.
