Not the best, pretty simple. But, definitely worth it for anyone who is comparing some more affordable options.

What a relief
Rating: 5 out of 5

I use it for specific injuries and my wife for general lower back pain. After seeing this used by a physical therapist, I tried for myself. It's amazing! Does everything I need. I can use on my own or have a partner handle the gun. No more costly PT trips for me!
