It's not clear from either the product's description here, or from the OEM's website, but you can actually use any USB charger that plugs into the wall and provides enough current. When I asked the OEM, I was quickly given a pointer to exactly the right power supply, and once I had that, it worked exactly the way I'd expect it. There's a draft in my home on cold nights from a cat flap, and this pad counteracts it, keeping me warm without having to bundle up inside. The only reason I'm not giving it five stars is the fact that I had to ask about the power supply.
