Hiking boots to double up as rainboots

I recently bought these boots hoping that I could use them on hikes, and on the occasional times. I need rain boots here in Southern California. So far so good. They're pretty comfortable for boots, they look good, and don't have that obvious look of being solely hiking boots. Glad I got them, and they fit pretty well with thin and thick socks. .
