Care

  • Hand wash only, and dry immediately after washing
  • Do not put in the dishwasher
  • Before the first use, wash with mild dish soap and apply a thin layer of food-grade mineral oil or specialized knife oil to protect the blade.
  • Sharpen regularly and apply oil periodically to protect the blade.
