  • 1. Place drink or food on wood platform : Cover with glass cloche. In addition to cocktails, you can also infuse food like dips, meats, cheeses, or snacks with a rich, smoky flavor.
  • 2. Connect tube and fill tabletop smoker : Place the tube into the cloche. Cover the mesh with smoking chips. A little goes a long way, so start with a small amount and add more as needed.
  • 3. Turn on smoker and light wood chips : Keep the flame aimed at the chips inside the basket until smoke begins to flow through the tube into the cloche.
  • 4. Allow glass cloche to fill with smoke : Wait for 30-90 seconds until you reach your desired level of smokiness. (Please note food items take less time than cocktails to infuse)
  • 5. Lift glass cloche and serve immediately : For the richest flavor, enjoy your drink or food right after smoking.
  • 6. Allow stainless steel basket to cool after use : Allow basket and burnt wood chips to fully cool down before discarding chips in a non-flammable container.
