• Carbonized Acacia board with food-safe oil finish
• Carbonized Acacia Ulu Knife Blade: Tempered, high-carbon stainless steel blade with a hand-polished acacia handle and

• Before the first use, wash with mild dish soap and apply a thin layer of food-grade mineral oil or specialized knife oil to protect the blade.
• Hand wash only and dry immediately after washing. Sharpen regularly and apply oil periodically to protect the blade.
