M'steel Round Fry Pan

Never again do you have to shy away from cooking steak or more expensive cuts of meats, for fear you don't know what you're doing. It's less about expertise than it is about expert hardware. Fry pans are perfect for searing and sealing in all the nutrients and flavors of your ingredients, and are a favorite among chefs across cuisines and cooking styles. This pan's black carbon construction can withstand higher temperatures, allowing for longer preheating and greater control, and guaranteeing a better meal from start to finish.

  • 12.5" dia.
  • Black carbon steel

  • Hand-wash with hot water immediately after use, towel dry. Prior to first use, clean the pan with hot water to remove protective beeswax coating.
  • To season, cover bottom of pan with flavorless oil and heat for five minutes, then let pan cool, drain oil, and wipe down. Do this twice, and the pan will acquire natural non-stick properties.
