This simple side plate was designed by the talented folks at Norm Architects especially for the awarding-winning restaurant Host, in Copenhagen. Menu is now releasing the exclusive dishes to the hungry public, and it was worth the wait. The Nordic design is simple and sexy, turning any side dish into the main event.
