The Messer Meister lighted knife block, has a very cool, modern look. However, the magnets could be a bit more powerful to handle, smaller bladed, knives, and the UV light could be a bit better dispersed. However, the look is contemporary, and quite attractive.

So far so good. Magnets are strong enough to hold all my knives. We shall see how it stands the test of time. I have yet to get batteries to use the UV portion so I can't comment on that yet.
