Grade A cedar is cut to size and then sanded smooth for a plank that’s ready to take care of your next steak, salmon filet, or whatever else you want to infuse a new note into. Just soak them in water — or wine, cider, sake, bourbon, or whatever else— and then they’re ready to go onto the grill with your food on top. Then cover, cook, and enjoy.
