The crew at Pappy took Bittermilk's old fashioned mix—sporting notes of burnt sugar, orange peel, gentian root, and cinchona bark—and aged it in their retired bourbon barrels, giving us a concentrated mix that goes a long way, even in small doses.

I normally only drink my whiskey neat but this Old Fashioned Mix is delicious. It's a must have on my shelves now. Reminds me of a Christmas sweet cocktail.

Got these for my husband for Father’s Day and he was insta to delighted, since Pappy Van Winkle is NOT in the budget. The actual cocktail these make is quite sweet, but he nevertheless has been enjoying them.
