The Smoky Mountains National Park Blanket is made from 100% pure virgin wool and features the famous Pendleton label. This particular design features layers of blue, green, and grey to represent the ancient peaks of the great Smoky Mountains. Like all their blankets, the product is still made at the brand's Pacific Northwest mill.
Not only is Great Smoky Mountains National Park a US National park, but it's also a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The most visited national park in the United States, the park was officially dedicated in 1940 by President Franklin D. Roosevelt, encompassing an area of 522.419 acres.
