The perfect little salt cellar, filled with what might be the perfect salt. It’s a ceramic pinch pot with a lid that’s easy to lift, so you can get at the salt within. And what salt it is: harvested in the Andean highlands by a women-run coop, and ground to a crunchy, medium texture.
